These General Conditions of Sale govern the relations between the Foodidas association and its users within the framework of the organization of meetings between new people.
Object
The purpose of the T&Cs is to define the terms of sale of the services offered by Foodidas.
Services offered
Foodidas offers the organization of meetings in various locations, allowing participants to meet and exchange. Details of the events, including dates, locations and prices, are available on the association's website.
Registration and payment
4.1 Registration
To participate in an event, users must register via the website. Registration is confirmed by sending a confirmation email.
4.2 Payment
Payment is made online via the payment methods available on the site. Participation in an event is conditional upon full payment of the indicated rate.
Cancellation and refund
5.1 Cancellation by the user
The user can cancel his participation up to 24 hours before the event. In this case, a refund of 50% of the amount of the event will be made. Registration will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5.2 Cancellation by Foodidas
Foodidas reserves the right to cancel an event in case of force majeure or an insufficient number of participants. In this case, participants will be informed and fully refunded.
Responsibility
Foodidas strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding events. However, the association cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations.
Personal data
Personal data collected during registration is necessary for event management. In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Changes to the T&Cs
Foodidas reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by email or via the website.
Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.
